Satisfaction Guarantee and Quality Assurance Process

At Ledet Training, your satisfaction is assured with our 100% money back guarantee. This guarantee holds us accountable to providing you with top quality training that is focused on your needs.

We stand behind our training classes and want our clients to be fully satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of our clients. Our philosophy is to deal with our clients fairly and reasonably; we hope they will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

Our quality assurance process and accountability includes:

  • Our quality assurance process begins at registration where we collect the specific goals and objectives of the attendees right on the registration form. This information is reviewed by your customer service representative and automatically communicated to your instructor prior to class. This “intended purpose” of a training investment is a critical component of our Training Portfolio Evaluation Model.
  • Each instructor and class is measured by an in-depth survey based on NPS (Net Promoter Score) and mapped to Donald Kirkpatrick’s four levels of learning evaluation and Jack Phillips’s fifth-level ROI. Our survey instruments are designed not only to capture a learner’s perception of satisfaction (Level 1) and knowledge transfer (Level 2) but also to forecast the change in job performance, business results, and estimates of ROI and perceived value (Levels 3-5). Our learning analytics technology aggregates the data and then computes a financial ROI based on the improvement in human capital isolated to the training, adjusted for self-reported bias.
  • This survey is filled out by each participant at the end of each class. Our goal is a 10 from every client. We measure and track results using the industry standard Metrics That Matter talent development metrics platform and methodology. This Human Capital ROI Scorecard enables more precision in strategic talent decisions, moving beyond big data to optimizing your workforce learning investments against the most business-critical skills and competencies your organization needs. 
  • Every evaluation of our trainers is reviewed for consistency and is responded to promptly (typically within 48 hours) in the case of any satisfaction rating less than 7 out of 10.
  • Evaluation results are sent directly to our authorized vendor partners, the instructor, and to your client care representative at Ledet Training. Ledet Training has an organized and professional approach to addressing any client dissatisfaction issues including formal escalation when needed.
  • If one of our public training classes is not satisfactory, students who have attended day 1 of multi-day public, open-enrollment classes can leave the class at the end of day 1 (or by lunchtime in the case of single day courses) and request a full refund. Students have to notify the training center manager before they leave and return all the training materials to qualify for a refund. We are unable to offer our money back guarantee to students who leave a class later than the times noted above or who fail to notify their representative via email within 24 hours of leaving class. Students can however still repeat the training in such cases, at no additional charge. Note: This policy does not apply for no-shows, customized private training classes, classes delivered at client’s location, substitutions or transfers of enrollment, retakes, or for students who have not properly prepared for an online class using the instructions provided for those events.   • If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your class, whether delivered online or in a bricks and mortar classroom, but do not feel you are dissatisfied enough to leave class and get a refund, you can retake a class for free in one of our bricks and mortar classrooms (or online, if you prefer). You can also request that the class be delivered by a different instructor and we will do our best to accommodate.
